For most jobs we come out and walk it with you. Photos work fine when the job is straightforward.

We schedule it
A date and an arrival window. Anything weather-dependent gets a backup date the day you book it.

The work gets done

Before we leave you see the finished work, and anything that is not right gets handled on the spot.
Pricing
Why we quote flat, not hourly.
Hourly pricing puts the risk on you: a slow day costs you money, and there is no way to know the total until it is over.
We price the job instead. If it takes longer than expected, that is ours to absorb. The number you approve is the number you pay.
If the scope genuinely changes — something buried, something structural — we stop and talk to you before doing anything extra.
